We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase
• No document preparation or legal work has begun
• You submit a written explanation via email to info@aptformrise.com

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Custom services or partially completed files are not eligible for refund.
